RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We at MOCKINGBIRD take a keen interest and care in designing and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, MOCKINGBIRD does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same.

Custom-made orders can only be amended, not exchanged.
Any item purchased from our website is not returnable unless the product is damaged or has manufacture faults.
